THE FINAL DESTRUCTION OF THE MIDDLE CLASS-THE GREAT 2008 TRANSFER OF WEALTH

Americans are confronted with what appears to be the worse economic situation since the Great Depression. What will history say about the U.S. credit crisis turned global financial crisis? At every turn investors are faced with new problems, new crises, and less than desirable solutions which include debt, deflation and a transfer of wealth. With regard to debt, the American taxpayer has been made the lender of last resort for international bank Bear Stearns and now the two Government-sponsored Enterprises-GSEs, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. On top of the $29B for Bear Stearns, Fannie and Freddie's debt of $5.4T has been effectively transferred to the balance sheet of the USA. This is equal to the entire publicly traded debt of the U.S. which is also the same as the total of America's mortgage-related assets. In addition to personal debt, every American now has a financial responsibility for Bear Stearns and Fannie and Freddie. We, the people, have saved the foreign investors such as China which owns $376B, Japan which owns $228B, South Korea which owns $65B, Taiwan which owns $55B, and Australia which owns $33B, from losing faith in America. It is the stockholders, both common and preferred, that have been given the raw end of the deal. While large financial institutions such as JP Morgan, which owns $1.2B of Freddie and Fannie stock, said a complete loss would only erase one or two months of profits, contrast this to smaller banks such as the Central Virginia Bank in Richmond which has $20M in shares of Freddie and Fannie. That type of loss will put them in the same kind of trouble as Lehman Brothers, not enough capitalization. There are 15 other banks that hold 10% or more of their capital in shares of Freddie and Fannie. The Federal Accounting Standards Board is requiring more stringent standards for banks and savings and loans to maintain a certain amount of capital to protect against insolvency. Those rules are in the process of being changed to conform to international rules issued by the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland which Congress has voted on. These rules which were only to pertain to international banks are now being applied to national banks. Furthermore those in retirement who thought their money was safe-invested in the highest ranked bonds in the country are going to lose their dividends. Depending on the price they invested, they could have principal losses of up to 80 or 90% of their investment. Ouch. The credit crunch began a year ago when the various investment banks both here and abroad stopped buying each others paper, a very uncommon practice between them. As a result of no liquidity for mortgage paper caused by their decision, we have the most serious slowdown in real estate in decades. The decision to not buy mortgage paper includes the sub-prime loans made to home buyers that had no down payment. To relate, I recently met a young Latino who is worried about her home. Five years ago she bought a $370,000 townhouse with $14,000 down. Her interest rate varies causing her monthly payment to jump from $2700 per month to $3500. She cleans houses for a living. Freddie and Fannie decided they could make more money by buying subprime mortgage paper. Today there is an eleven month inventory of unsold homes. Higher interest rates as a result of the hidden clauses on floating interest rates have put many people in jeopardy of foreclosure. All of these problems have given the Federal Reserve the opportunity to seize total control of powers they did not oversee in order to protect our economy. Perhaps we should ask where the desire to put poor people into homes came from? It was part of the Bush Administration's policy to conform to the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals unveiled in the year 2000. Exacerbating the credit crunch have been the historically high oil prices which have caused pain at the gas pumps and a weak dollar which has made imports more expensive. To counter high oil prices, Americans have drastically reduced how many miles they drive and a number of buying habits. In light of a tight job market and job losses in housing and the automotive industries, we are confronted with higher energy costs to heat and cool our homes, increased costs for food, and the inability to refinance mortgages. Basically the economy is now in deflation. When people stop spending, it moves from deflation to stagflation-no matter how cheap an item becomes, people can't afford to buy. All this without knowing what the real fall out will be from the bailout of Freddie and Fannie. The situation we are confronted with did not happen in the last few years, but began in 1913 when a group of cunningly deceitful legislators passed the Federal Reserve Act on December 24 at 11:45 p.m., after those who were opposed went home for Christmas. The entire financial system of the U.S. was transferred from Congress to a private corporation that is NOT accountable to Congress. They create and destroy the business cycle by various means: raising and lowering interest rates. The government of the United States is in bondage to a group of individuals who own the Federal Reserve. The reason why the American people cannot forgive themselves the interest on our debt is because we do not owe it to ourselves we owe it to the Federal Reserve! Every single time since then that the Federal Reserve Act was amended, over 195 times, the Federal Reserve gathered more power over various aspects of our economy. However, they are in the final throes of stripping America of any remaining vestiges of sovereignty as has been laid out in the Treasury "Blueprint for a Modernized Financial Regulatory System." The Blueprint was written under the watchful eye of one of America's most successful international bankers, former Goldman Sachs CEO Hank Paulson, who is now our illustrious Treasury Secretary. Is this not a case of the fox in the chicken coup? Long time investment sage Marty Whitman commented on his actions, "Paulson thinks he is in Russia and is not giving any value to stockholders. It is outrageous that the Treasury Secretary is not giving any consideration to the shareholders." The Blueprint calls for key components of our financial system, not currently under Federal Reserve control, to be transferred to them. In order to do this, a number of changes will be necessary which Congress will have to approve. First, it recommends changing the banking charter to include all financial institutions, thus effectively transferring control over "national banks, federal savings associations, and federal [and state] credit union charters." For your information, Washington Mutual is a savings and loan while Lehman Brothers is and Bear Stearns was an international bank. The Fed is to be given authority over the U.S. Payment and Settlement System thereby controlling the settlement process for securities. It will be given the role of Market Stability Regulator and it will have total control over the market. The Blueprint provides for the entire mortgage system of the U.S. to be federalized and to be under the control of the Mortgage Origination Commission. The Federal Reserve will be part of the Commission. Additionally the Federal Reserve will be given a say in the insurance industry which will be federalized and a new Office of Insurance Oversight will oversee its activities. The Federal Reserve will have a place on the Insurance Oversight commission. By the time Congress votes on the Blueprint, there will be so many reasons for them to transfer the last vestiges of our financial sovereignty to the Federal Reserve that they will not even have to read the prepared legislation. So far, we have the bailout of Freddie and Fannie by giving Treasury a blank check to act; the Federal Reserve worked all weekend to find a buyer to Lehman, another international bank, their next project might be to rescue Washington Mutual, a savings and loan, and the Fed has been given initial powers to act as the Market Stability Regulator. The only component that is missing is the demise of an insurance company, AIG anyone? For the record, at the heart of the Blueprint is changing our financial/banking and securities regulatory system from a national system to an international system to bring America into the world governmental system that functions above the nation-states. I have maintained that in order to get Congress to go along, we would have to have a huge problem which would allow Congress to be convinced that they need to act, however, the truth of the matter is they no longer have the power they once had because the majority has been transferred to the Federal Reserve. History will determine how the final stage was set but I believe it started in 2000 with the Crash of the Nasdaq. Who would have ever thought that a stock would drop 90% in value? About $7T vanished from the balance sheets of investors. But we did not have to worry, as a result of 9/11, the Federal Reserve started to reduce interest rates to 45 year lows to get Americans to support the economy by buying the dream home. We bit the bait. It was the Roaring 20s all over again. At one point in the housing boom, one out of four jobs was created by the housing industry. No one asked if they could afford the debt, they only asked if they could afford the payment: a big difference. They did not ask the right questions about their mortgage because the mortgage industry was not required to disclose to them, when it should have. At one time the mortgage industry was run on honesty and integrity, but that changed too and people have been caught in a terrible snare. The Bailout of Freddie and Fannie provide us with the latest excitement in the diabolical saga of the raping, robbing, and pillaging of America. Interestingly enough it took place 13 months after the beginning of the credit crunch. Lastly, I have maintained since the beginning of the credit crunch last August that it was planned and managed destruction in order to accomplish the final transfer of America's financial sovereignty. All of the above only confirms my original suspicion. WASHINGTON D.C.-HOME OF A VAST RICO EMPIRE

This article is to fine tune a picture, so you can better see, exactly, what is going on in Washington, DC. As you read on, keep this phrase in mind: "institutionalization of criminal racketeering" by our government against you. At the behest of Wall Street and the Wealthy Elite, our government has literally legalized theft through stock fraud in our capital markets.

Many people have asked why I walked out on RNC in 1996. It was actually for two reasons because I could clearly see, from inside knowledge, that both of the efforts to change US policy and head in dangerous, evil, based-on-lies directions were going to be complete catastrophes for the United States and its people. I could clearly see in 1996 that what they thought they could pull off like a cake walk was going to backfire in their faces and seriously endanger the future of America. I also knew it would seriously damage the financial health of most American citizens. Here we are 12 years later and I was 100% right then...and now.

The world was already changing for the better but that was not good enough for DC. They were trying to maneuver to rule the world as if DC were on some kind of moral high ground that other nations did not possess or could never reach. They knew they were going to have to lie to pull off their scam, and they were delusional enough to think they could do it and never get caught.

That delusional thinking based on being the world's biggest economy, and the planet's only remaining military Superpower, would not change. There were even some so brain damaged they thought the US could rule the world with intellectual property, economic and military might alone. They seemed to fail to realize what other nations think of the US matters, too, as to its willingness to follow.

The first reason I left RNC has been elaborated upon in prior articles and email updates, it was the realization that to get the Jew vote and money behind the RNC - so they could win elections - the higher-ups of RNC had cut a deal with the Communist Zionist Jews of the DNC. They agreed to allow them to come on over to RNC, dress up like Conservative Neocons and talking heads on TV and have their War Party. These are the Russia-hating Zionists and that is why they have now defected back over to DNC and the Obama ­ Zbigniew Brzezinski team of their expected new ObamaNation. Bush Co failed, and it is apparent - at least as of now - that McCain does not have a chance in November. He is an idiot, but so is Obama, albeit dangerously so, if he thinks he can turn this disaster around into an "American victory".

Zbigniew is the author of Russia-hate and he schemes of world grandeur: The Grand Chessboard...the 'geostrategic imperative' now all dressed up as the lunatic global 'War on Terror.'

That was the day that the RNC sold out any vestiges of being the "conservative party" of America and I, as a conservative, was offended. They turned communist to win elections but knew that they could not sell communism to America. They chose to wrap up as Fascism in the flag, and Christianity, and patriotism and sell that instead and brow-beating Americans with a media empire scheme.

My reason for departing went one step further than that because the RNC policy makers could clearly see that such a plan was going to need a Main Stream Media system that was bullet-proof, so such lies could be pushed on America and slicker the public to buy off on the change of directions in policy. This was also during the period of time that they acquiesced in the Zionist takeover of all the major US media outlets. I was there when they were talking about how easy it would be to fool Americans by constantly bitching about "Liberal media bias" and Americans would not figure out that the media was being fine-tuned into a US-UK-Tel Aviv propaganda axis machine, so our 'leaders' could perpetrate war crimes and genocide as if it were just another day at the office.

The second reason I severed my RNC ties, was that the policy makers were working on ways to literally institutionalize criminal racketeering and plunder unsuspecting Americans and foreigners at historically unprecedented levels - even including the days of the Robber Barons that led to the Great Depression.

Americans do not provide enough financing for the 'elections' (which are nothing much more than huge revenue opportunities for consultants, ad agencies and the media.) The Wealthy Elite do, so they needed many more Wealthy Elite beholden to the DC Lie System. To these monsters, American citizens are merely appendages and US Treasury liabilities...not their partners in criminal enterprise.

They tried to push through a Bankruptcy Reform Bill during the George H W Bush Administration but the Democrat-controlled Congress would not play along. The most important part of that bill included the elimination of Equity Shareholders of publicly-traded companies being entitled to "Party in Interest" status in bankruptcy.

In 1994, just before the House and Senate were taken away from Clinton, they pushed that bankruptcy bill through mainly due to urging of the Trial Lawyers because they had a plan. Clinton acquiesced and so did Congress, big bucks were promised to the DNC for this underhanded chicanery. The DNC was scrambling to come up with a way to make up for the loss of revenues and campaign donations caused when the DNC Communist Zionist Jews walked out and teamed up with RNC.

That was Step One - take the companies away from the equity shareholders and there was nothing they could do about it.

It did not seem like a 'major thing' at the time but it was the technique used by the Robber Barons to force companies into bankruptcy through illegal offshore trading schemes, blow out the shareholders of the company with $0 return, and takeover huge blocks of assets for pennies on the dollar. One such fraud was Global Crossing. Built at a cost of $56 billion and taken over for only $250 million by ST Telemedia of Singapore, a Bush Buddy in the fake Global War on Terror. I was the high bidder at $815 million and could not get the time of day. We had Wall Street by the throat on how they put the company down for that cheap takeover.

If you look around you, it is not hard to find many Americans who have been robbed into the poorhouse by such schemes. I am aware of many hundreds of companies and over



$1 trillion that was premeditatedly stolen from the average Mom and Pop investor.

I knew there was trouble coming - but not the extent of it - until Clinton did something in 1996 that proved to me that both the DNC and RNC are out to bury Americans and make them wards of the state.

The first thing Clinton did was change a provision of RICO, or the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization Act, 18 USC §§ 1961-1964, et seq., in whch part of the Criminal Code of the United States of America was very quietly amended to aid and abet the theft of the millennium. What Clinton and the Republican-controlled Congress changed was Civil RICO, specifically 18 USC § 1964(c), and thereby barred civil RICO in matters of stock fraud cases. They had planned a giant robbery of American citizen investors - and surely did not want to let them take control back and get treble damages when they proved their cases in court.

What Clinton and the then RNC-controlled Congress (1996) did was to legalize theft through the capital markets. By removing RICO as a remedy from Civil Plaintiffs, those who had been victimized by premeditated corporate, government and Wall Street fraud could not get treble damages and disgorgement of what had been stolen from them.

That was Step Two.

That created, at the urging of the Trial Lawyers Association, the entire "free legal services for class action stock fraud cases" and they went after the insurance companies who underwrote the D&O (directors and officers) insurance policies. Even the D&O insurers were in on it because they were making fortunes in the rush for new IPOs and stock plays, knowing all along that they would also line their pockets in the bogus stock fraud cases to follow. There were thousands of such cases and American and foreign investors in our stock markets were defrauded out of TRILLIONS of their hard-earned money.

This is part of their New World Order scheme of making everyone not in the inner circles serfs to serve these delusional, arrogant, bereft of goodness masters.

They needed something else, though, to eliminate the liability of the officers and directors of those corporations. It would not do to plan a theft of major corporations and assets, paid for mainly by common and preferred stock and Wall Street fluff, if the stock holders could penetrate this veil of deceit and nail the corporate management and board members. That would open the door to taking back everything that had been premeditatedly stolen through Wall Street and DC scams.

They had to have willing, corrupt management that would play along and get huge bonuses and Golden Parachutes after the maximum number of suckers had been lured in and enticed to cough up their money. They then turned on the machine to ruin the value of the companies, drive the share values down, trigger debt covenant defaults that were tied to the value of the equity shares, and blow out the shareholders to $0 left.

They also had to get the insurance companies who underwrite the D&O insurers to play along. No problem, just put them into the deal before IPO and run the value of the stock way up, they sell at or near the top of the all-time share value and then know they will only have to pay out about 2-5 cents on the dollar if they lose the class action stock fraud case in court.

Pretty slick, huh? Put a system in place that will rob you over and over again, unless you invest in just those companies that are not on the list for such underhanded takeovers.

That was Step Three because they had to have willing accomplices for when they lost the stock fraud cases.

Then there was Step Four.

What they then did was to change the SEC Disclosure Rules to let the directors and officers off the hook. Meanwhile, the insurance companies had already made a fortune on their insider positions, so paying a little back looked like they got kicked good in court. If a company inserted into the press release the news byte of the following Disclosure Statement, the corporate management and board members were in a condition of 'hold harmless'...and only the insurance companies were on the hook.

If the management and board put this statement at the end of their press releases, they are under the 'Safe Harbor' provision. They lied, they ripped off hundreds of millions and billions, but 'no harm, no foul' under SEC rules and US law that was amended to aid and abet racketeering on YOU and every other person stupid enough to think they could be a wealthy person by investing in the scheme Wall Street and DC came up with.

If you read the tout about how a company's performance is going to change but do not read the 'Disclosure Statement' that comes under Laissez Faire or BUYER BEWARE you're in trouble. They are just trying to sucker you into buying the stock at ever-increasing prices and then yank the rug out from under your feet. If you get a concussion, or die, or get plowed under financially, tough luck, sucker!

You did not know about this legalization of theft? Tough luck! Should have paid better attention to what the morons in DC were up to.

The management members could claim that revenues were going to jump 1,000% over the next quarter because they acquired technology to deliver sex and orgasms over the Internet 'real time' and if they put in the Disclosure Statement the officers and directors are under the Safe Harbor.

They could do any idiot thing they wanted including lie about company performance, revenues, future prospects and if they put the Disclosure Statement at the end they had zero liability. Of course, it was on the fluff and no substance that Wall Street would then kick in and drive that stock as high as they could to lure in more suckers and more money, before yanking the rug out and leaving the shareholders with nothing.

When the company stock goes to $0, you are screwed for not paying attention. Folks, this has been promulgated and nurtured by Washington, DC because this is exactly what their wealthy backers wanted. They legitimized the right to conduct racketeering and criminal theft of funds against Americans or anyone else standing in the way of American hegemony and Billionaire Creation.

The 'quid pro quo'? Massive campaign donations to these lying thugs in DC. See? Who says you cannot rent or own someone in Congress?

They created an entirely new way to become a billionaire fast. First you become a robber baron and then you exhibit "magnanimity" by being a wealthy backer of the liars and thugs in DC now controlling this criminal enterprise. It is a RICO enterprise aimed right at you and making sure you never have enough money to be a threat to these punks and gangsters in DC.

Most people who read "One-Way Ticket to Crawford Texas" were amazed at the information I provided about such corporate frauds and how DC is now using that as part of its overall web of lies to attempt to be the unipolar force in this world. Those days are over but not according to the power-deluded goons in DC.

I have been on those front lines people, both in DC and in the Southern District of New York U.S. Bankruptcy Court, fighting for small investors who were intentionally and premeditatedly ripped-off by what DC and Wall Street are now doing.

It is 'Institutionalization of Criminal Racketeering' and the goal is total domination of the US and total domination of the world.

The MSM is one piece of it. They know that most Americans will believe whatever they hear on the MSM. The reason 9-11 Truth has not taken hold with most Americans is they have not seen it on CNN, FOXNews, CBC, ABC, NBC, CNBC, and MSNBC. Get the picture?

Americans are indeed like little birds waiting for their next 'news byte lie' and then to accept that lie as truth (when it is a lie), and then go right back to shopping, grazing, working, rushing the kids to school or sports activities...and watching teevee.

The laws and policies are another piece of it. Remember, this cowardly Congress rolled over for Bush to retroactively grant him and themselves exoneration for war crimes and crimes against humanity. They will stoop to anything and will do anything for they have no character, no honor, no honesty, no integrity. They are traitors and now Racketeers plundering the very spirit of America.

All America has to do to find out who the architects were of this assassination of the American Dream is to look at who voted for what I just described to you. Clinton was sleazy and did much damage to the American capital markets and investors. When Bush came to office, so much fluff and theft had been done it imploded.

That is one perfect reason why their pulling off 9-11 was criminal to the point of stupidity...because their policies and their changes in the laws had gutted the real value of the market, just like it has happened in housing.

Think that one through.

It will only get fixed when Americans wake up to the truth of the matter and the gravity of the situation. They are, in Washington, DC, involved in institutionalization and execution of criminal racketeering against YOU.

If I were president, there are a few first steps I would take.

1. * All US troops in Iraq would be moved to Turkey, Jordan and Kuwait to await further orders





2. * All US troops in Afghanistan would be moved to Kuwait and Turkey to await further orders





3. * The DOJ and FBI would be instructed to initiate the immediate dismantling of the Zionist media gangs. They are not conglomerates, they are part of a massive Zionist propaganda campaign machine





4. * US forces would be deployed in the US to back up the FBI as this criminal cabal is rounded up and brought to justice





5. * All attempts to fabricate a war against Iran would be under immediate Executive Order of 'cease and desist'





6. * Israel would be told to shut up, sit down and bifurcate separate states between Israel and Palestine immediately. Just in case some Arab nation reads that the wrong way, US aircraft carrier attack groups would be relocated from near Iran and moved down to very near Israel





7. * The DOJ, SEC, FBI would be instructed to track down and prosecute every party profiteering from oil and gas, grain and metals futures to the detriment of the entire world





8. * The anthrax attack investigation would proceed to full conclusion, with full backing of the White House





9. * The Cheney Energy Task Force would be brought under full investigation, with the full backing of the White House





10. * The 9-11 investigation would proceed to full conclusion, with full backing of the White House and many indictments would ensue





11. * Many members of many administrations and Congress would be facing indictments for war crimes, genocide and treason against the United States of America

12. * And there would be a major house-cleaning at CIA and DoD, and across the entire Zionist, corrupt infrastructure that has been installed in DC

THE EMPIRE HAS FALLEN-THE RISE OF THE EAST(CHINA & RUSSIA)

As the bad news unfolds in the Caspian Basin that the US is being 'shut out' of its delusional Grand Chessboard scheme, there are other forest fires, tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanoes erupting in the US and UK that may well spell the doom of BushCo and the Imbecile Great Decider at the helm. He is now expendable and vulnerable to both impeachment and possible war crimes charges. Pay attention to how expendable 'Gorgon' Brown suddenly has become. Bush is next as should be most of those in DC.

The Russians are often brilliant strategists, and never, even for a moment underestimate, them.

Some time around 2000, there was an "investment club" created. It was somewhere around $20 to $22 billion dollars and was promoted by a lot of high profile names mentioned often in this 9-11 / Caspian Basin fiasco, and some not mentioned at all. Names like George H W Bush, Tricky Dick Cheney, Nicholas Brady, John Sununu and others. All of their names surfaced in our investigation of what was going on in the Caspian Basin. They had all purchased front row seats to get at those trillions, and trillions and trillions of dollars in Caspian oil and gas.


Of course, that is the same John Sununu that had to resign from the Reagan Administration. Not sure what the connection was but the day he resigned Pan Am filed for bankruptcy. They must have seen trouble coming in losing their 'best customer.' Then there is the same Nicholas Brady of the GHWB Administration, the Brady Bonds fiasco and board member of Amerada Hess. The 9-11 Commission Chairman, Thomas Keane, is chairman of Amerada Hess and major shareholder, so, yes, he probably would have ignored the 'truth' for a board member involved in this Caspian Basin Investment Club.

There is a very real possibility that this 'investment club' was involved in getting 9-11 done, and it is also a possibility that they are about take a major hit due to Junior losing the Caspian Basin. I frankly hope they take a mega-billion dollar red ink shower and lose it all.

I hope they enjoy their front row seat for the aria, as the Fat Lady begins to sing, and that they lose those billions of still more stupidity of what they thought they could pull off and rip-off via the Caspian Basin.

The days of oil are numbered except for petrochemicals, the days of natural gas run as long as the Earth produces natural gas as a natural process of our planet. It is very apparent that Russia has now emerged as the dominant global giant in natural gas. What they control and how they will use that if pushed the wrong way could cause a meltdown in many parts of the world. The EU is paying attention and it is past time the US did, too.

The day is coming fast that automobiles will be powered by hydrogen and water, not oil and gasoline. I cannot foresee a time in the future that natural gas will NOT be the KEY energy issue, and Russia has already won that war, hands down. If this were a hockey game it would be Russia 50, US 0. If it were a basketball game it would be Russia 100, US 0. If it were a tennis match it would be Russia 6-0, 6-0, 6-0.

We lost, that's the proverbial bottom line. Game, set and match. It is over. Finis.

The next generation of and for mankind is nanotechnology, and it will be powered by natural gas, not oil. My company scientists are experts in that matter. Russia has just taken the lead on the NOW and the FUTURE, and has left the US behind, wallowing in its Oil-on-the-Brain mindset.

My sources in Houston inform that Big Oil is realizing fast that the BushCo brain-damaged fraud of its 'Global War on Terror' has blown up in its face like a nuclear bomb. To that extent, Big Oil is no longer heeding Daddy Bush's calls to go help Junior with his dirty diapers.

Why it took them so long to recognize 'catastrophe' is incredible. Maybe it is due to their blinding, delusional blizzard of '$$$' they were dreaming of making from the Caspian Basin, like sugar plums dancing in their heads. Maybe it is because the wealthy can afford to not pay attention to the realities right in front of their noses. I have suspected for a long time that many of the Wealthy Elite in the US are running on either 'lobotomy mode' or autopilot in 'stuck-on-stupid' gear.

There is indeed a 'core group' of Big Oil tycoons in Texas who have been called upon over the years to provide 'opportunities' for Junior, so the moron will have something to do other than be 'unemployed.' They have always received '911 emergency' phone calls from Daddy that dirty diaper duty is a must. One of those major Houston 'players' and I have spoken often. My friend is astounded at the lack of perception of the Houston andWashington power players and how it took them so long to figure out what 'stupid' looks like.

As he said to me once, "Hey, I know stupid shit when I see it." He does, indeed, and his comment was about Junior's cabal's likelihood of success stealing the Caspian Basin. That comment was made in 2002.

Such a call to duty is even a requirement of not being put on the 'Bush Shit List.' Frankly, I think it's about the Best list in the world to be on these days. I have been thrown out of better clubs than BushCo and damned proud that 'smudge' is not on my resume.

This diaper is so dirty, so putrid, people have decided they have better things to do with their time and money. They invested heavily in this Grand Chessboard scheme and now it is every man for himself to see how much they can limit the damage and control their losses. My bet is there are not enough lifejackets on the USS Bush Titanic for all to survive and some have reached that pregnant "moment of truth' stage. Cut the losses with BushCo or sink with them.

The Great Decider Bush and Daddy Bush are probably already making plans to push more than a few overboard from the USS Bush Titanic just to save their pathetic Presidential 'legacies.' They have already made a 'Bush Shit List' and it grows daily due to people turning and walking away in disgust.

There are three American Presidential legacies that should be stricken from every book, every building and aircraft carrier and every other place of 'honor'...and they are those of George H W Bush, Bill Clinton and George W Bush. We could not combine the best from these three deceitful, traitorous, treasonous, genocidal morons and come up with a single decent American President.

America, face up to this simple reality: The Bush Family has raped, ravaged and thrown you into the trash heap. They screw up everything they touch with their lie-based schemes, and their treasonous sales of our best technology to our enemies and 'friends' has tossed away decades of the best R&D any nation ever achieved. Get over the reality of the matter and figure out how you are going to survive the Sinking of America. If you do not have a lifejacket, you had better find one...and fast.

There is a very real possibility that major oil companies and major billionaire Bush Buddies are about to take a bath to the point that even the money and power landscape of America will change significantly. Yeah, some of the Wealthy Elite are way, way past angry and fed-up with the Bush Show. They are going to get hosed by this stupid strategic plan and so is the rest of America. We may soon see some down on their luck billionaires due to collective Bush Stupidity.

It is one thing to 'crap' on the presidency and the Oval Office as Clinton did, but it is quite another matter to decimate/annihilate Iraq and Afghanistan (and slaughter a couple million human beings), and to dump on Russia and China, bungle the entire Caspian Basin scheme, stab America in the back and essentially blow the entire game in spades. Only George W Bush could pull of that hat trick. Even if we had Mr. MaGoo and Elmer Fudd as president and vice president, more accomplishments would have been realized since the 2000 'elections.'

These two morons, Bush & Cheney - and their Zionist NeoCon parasites and pathological killers - are a hideous, evil plague on the planet by ANY measure. Remember, I am a Conservative Republican and I know what of I speak.

In my opinion, Bush has blown more opportunities than any President in my lifetime due to his arrogance and self-inflicted ignorance.

I told one of my readers that what is happening right now is the equivalent of being hit in the head with a (Russian) Nolan Ryan fastball, and then the umpire takes the bat and hits the batter in the head again for being too stupid to see it coming and too stupid to duck. The analogy is simply that BushCo has been knocked out, lights out, and Americans are beyond stupid if they do not wake up and look at the realities of the situation.

I know many Americans who feel that way (hit in the head by a fastball) and are stunned at what they are witnessing. This is indeed a Major National Embarrassment and it is the folks in DC, the Fed, Wall Street and corporate America who are to blame. Stay focused on that. It is not your idiot next door neighbor who thinks Bush is "hot" or the one across the street who thinks the only 'truth' in America drivels from the mouths of O'Reilly and Limbaugh. The real problem is in Washington, DC and the lunatic policies these power-drunk morons keep pushing.

They all are lying to you, folks, so get it straight in your head. Those 'leaders' in Washington, DC are LIARS. When their lips are moving be very wary, be afraid of what they are *really* saying. Very afraid.

These events also raise serious questions about the sanity of the Barky Obama Black Bush strategery of 'refocusing' on Afghanistan (to try to get that pipeline deal finally done.) I can think of no reason whatsoever to spend even one second or $1 to save the reputation of Zbigniew Brzezinski and his lunatic vision for the world. The man is an idiot and Russia just proved it by pushing the US out of the Caspian Basin in one fell swoop with a contract and a pen. Seriously, his idea was dim and dumb in 1979 and it is still so in 2008. As we now know, it is dead meat lying at the bottom of the sea. Get over it and come up with a better plan.

And for the love of God, we must not allow the squander of the life of even one more American soldier on this Grand Lie.

Russia just made it clear to McCain: "We can afford to cut off relations with any of our partners if that's what they want. We're not interested in what [John] McCain has to say. Let him become president first, then we'll listen to him," a senior Russian diplomat told reporters on Tuesday, according to AFP.

That was in response to all of the John McGoo 'tough talk' about how he is going to reign in Russia, 'correct their attitude' and get the BushCo plan back on track.

Hint - cut a deal with IRAN or pack your bags in the entire Centcom area of the Middle East and Central Asia. You Bush sycophants are stinking up the world stage with your incompetence.

Another dynamic is the call for 'Gorgon' Brown to resign. Just like Tony Blair, his oratory, bullshit and pontificating is just making the hole deeper. Of concern there is that the Rothschild family is apparently pushing either Zionist Jack Straw or Zionist David Miliband to replace Brown so they can try to get their greed-lust game plan back on the track. Folks, it is not happening and it is not going to happen.

The Zionist Rothschild family is going to have to come to grips with the fact that they are not going to survive this completely intact. One of their heirs and author of "Global Warming Survival Handbook", David de Rothschild, was quoted saying that 'Jupiter and Saturn are closer to the Sun than Earth', so that is why his theory of Global Warming was valid. In a non-tearjerker moment, Ehud Olmert announced July 30 that he is stepping down...so there will be regime change in Israel, too. That one is more problematic because Olmert was pushing for peace with the Palestinians and the powers-that-be do not wish for that to happen. They want war, so the Musical 'War' Chairs game is now being played out in the US, UK and Tel Aviv to get the War Plan back on track.

Bush wants a 'peace deal' by the end of his term between Israel and the Palestinians. Well, as of Olmert's announcement that is not happening either.

This is yet another example of 'brain flatulence' that will backfire in their faces because Iran will not budge and neither China nor Russia are going to let anyone control their economies. Russia could cut the natural gas and oil off to EU and put the entire EU economy on its knees in a matter of hours...just turn off a few master valves, and the party's over. Talk about NUKE capability and there's not a damned thing the bogus Bush Missile Shield can do about that.

Russia is now more powerful than ever, and so is China. They (theUS, UK and Israel) seem to be forgetting that in the grand scheme they have created the perfect storm that can end their rule. They forgot that they are no longer in charge and in no position to dictate terms to any nation, especially to China or Russia.

If you have been paying attention, the Russian-UK oil partnership of TNK-BP is imploding. The people at BP recently announced that they had recalled the remaining 60 employees from Russia and powerful forces inside of Russia are forcing out the British CEO of TNK-BP. This all coincided with the recent announcement that TNK-BP was one of the three Russian oil and gas giants that were granted full access to develop Venezuela's vast oil reserves...perhaps as much as 4 trillion barrels. My bet is BP has not been invited along for the party in Venezuela.

This was in part predictable since the UK is harboring wanted fugitive Boris Berezovsky. Mr. Berezovsky was the former Yeltsin man and liaison to those same Caspian Basin nations that BushCo and the UK allies so desperately wanted to take over and control. They lost, now they are scrambling to turn their loss into a victory without America figuring out that the official clock reads '00:00' left in the game.

Simple rule when a 'team' of schemers and liars cannot get a deal done after 30 years of lying and scheming, it is time for both a new plan and a new team. This has now turned out to be 'a swing and a miss' for three long, agonizing decades.

Of course, it did not help matters when Alexander Litvinenko was murdered on British soil and the UK pointed the finger of blame at Putin. That was a stupid move on the part of the Brits, but like Bush, they specialize in stupid moves over in London. That ranked right up there with our Black Poodle Condi Rice jetting all over the world to do 'arf-arf photo ops' and then scurrying around to piss on the feet of the Russian Bear.

Matters inside of TNK-BP started coming unraveled when the UK continued its protection of their CIA-MI6 Zionist ex-oligarch Berezovsky and would not extradite him to Russia to face charges for crimes against Mother Russia. It was Berezovsky who tried to sell out the Caspian Basin to the US and UK and the entire Caspian Basin despises this Zionist Jew traitor.

One of the little known facts about how Big Oil is positioned in this global game is that Conoco owns 35% of LUKOil and there are no problems whatsoever between Russia and Conoco. They are getting along fine and kicking BushCo black and blue all over the world with LUKOil as their partner.

Evidently, the management of that American oil company figured out long ago that BushCo would crap the diaper, and they wisely chose to team up with who the winners would eventually be.

Just think, BushCo could have spent that $5 trillion Iraq war waste on alternative energy and domestic oil and gas production...and completely weaned the US from dependence on foreign oil. No, that was too logical and would mean that the Caspian Basin profits would be lost to them and their cronies.

But I digress, that would require that the goons in DC be able to grasp an idea that is was worthy for them to develop a real energy strategy, that to do something for America just might be the moral thing to do. No, alas, we cannot have realities contradict the delusional bullshit of the current regime in Washington, DC.

Well, those profits from global oil and gas control are being lost to 'others' anyway, so now it is time for America to demand a 'full accounting' regarding Use of Funds on that $5 trillion Bush blew through. It is way past time for a full accounting on what these idiots in DC did with $5 trillion that they heaped on the backs of the American taxpayers and have nothing to show for it but lies and failure, two destroyed nations and at least two million dead people.

Such is the tragedy of myopic, arrogant, greedy people chasing stupid strategic visions and plans that were, in reality, nothing but a stinky dirty diaper from the day they launched their grand scheme on September 11, 2001.

GORE VIDAL:100 YEARS TO RECOVER FROM BUSH

Madrid - It will take the United States a century to recover from the damage wreaked by President George. W Bush, US writer Gore Vidal said in an interview published on Saturday.

"The president behaved like a virtual criminal but we didn't have the courage to sack him for fear of violating the American constitution," Vidal told the El Mundo newspaper.

The author, a trenchant critic of the US-led invasion of Iraq, said it would take the United States "100 years to repair the damage" caused by Bush.

"We live in a dictatorship. We have a fascist government ...which controls the media," he said.

Vidal also said presidential aspirant Barack Obama was "intelligent" adding that it would be a "novelty" to have an "intelligent" person in the White House.

KUCINICH INTRODUCES BUSH IMPEACHMENT RESOLUTION

WASHINGTON — Rep. Dennis Kucinich, a former Democratic presidential contender, said Monday he wants the House to consider a resolution to impeach President Bush.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi consistently has said impeachment was "off the table."

Kucinich, D-Ohio, read his proposed impeachment language in a floor speech. He contended Bush deceived the nation and violated his oath of office in leading the country into the Iraq war.

Kucinich introduced a resolution last year to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. That resolution was killed, but only after Republicans initially voted in favor of taking up the measure to force a debate.

Kucinich won 50 percent of the vote in a five-way House Democratic primary in March, beating back critics who said he ignored business at home to travel the country in his quest to be president.

VIDEO:WHITE HOUSE WHISTLE BLOWER McCLELLAN ON COUNTDOWN

On "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" Thursday Scott McClellan sat down for a nearly hour-long interview with the MSNBC host to discuss his new book, "What Happened". The wide-ranging interview covered everything from the CIA leak to Fox News to McClellan's critics to the possibility of military action in Iran.


Towards the beginning of the interview Olbermann noted a passage in McClellan's book where he says Bush's foreign policy view was grounded in a "philosophy of coercive democracy." Olbermann noted, "it's a marvelous phrase, but is it an oxymoron?" McClellan said it was:

"[C]ertainly those [policies] have tarnished the reputation of the United States in a very negative way. And I think that has been harmful over the long term. But in terms of the coercive democracy, that was -- and you bring up a very good point about the oxymoron there -- but that was always the strategy for going into Iraq in first place. And I think that is what really drove the president's motivation to push ahead and rush into this. When I think that there were probably other options -- there were definitely other options available to him. He didn't have to box himself in. But when he went to the United Nations he said, either he disarms and the U.N. -- if he doesn't, then the U.N. goes in, or the security council authorizes it, or we will do it ourselves."

THE PROSECUTION OF GEORGE W. BUSH FOR MURDER

The Legal Framework for the Prosecution

No living Homo sapiens is above the law. -(Notwithstanding our good friends and legal ancestors across the water, this is a fact that requires no citation.)

With respect to the position I take about the crimes of George Bush, I want to state at the outset that my motivation is not political. Although I've been a longtime Democrat (primarily because, unless there is some very compelling reason to be otherwise, I am always for "the little guy"), my political orientation is not rigid. For instance, I supported John McCain's run for the presidency in 2000. More to the point, whether I'm giving a final summation to the jury or writing one of my true crime books, credibility has always meant everything to me. Therefore, my only master and my only mistress are the facts and objectivity. I have no others. This is why I can give you, the reader, a 100 percent guarantee that if a Democratic president had done what Bush did, I would be writing the same, identical piece you are about to read.

Perhaps the most amazing thing to me about the belief of many that George Bush lied to the American public in starting his war with Iraq is that the liberal columnists who have accused him of doing this merely make this point, and then go on to the next paragraph in their columns. Only very infrequently does a columnist add that because of it Bush should be impeached. If the charges are true, of course Bush should have been impeached, convicted, and removed from office. That's almost too self-evident to state. But he deserves much more than impeachment. I mean, in America, we apparently impeach presidents for having consensual sex outside of marriage and trying to cover it up. If we impeach presidents for that, then if the president takes the country to war on a lie where thousands of American soldiers die horrible, violent deaths and over 100,000 innocent Iraqi civilians, including women and children, even babies are killed, the punishment obviously has to be much, much more severe. That's just common sense. If Bush were impeached, convicted in the Senate, and removed from office, he'd still be a free man, still be able to wake up in the morning with his cup of coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice and read the morning paper, still travel widely and lead a life of privilege, still belong to his country club and get standing ovations whenever he chose to speak to the Republican faithful. This, for being responsible for over 100,000 horrible deaths?* For anyone interested in true justice, impeachment alone would be a joke for what Bush did.

Let's look at the way some of the leading liberal lights (and, of course, the rest of the entire nation with the exception of those few recommending impeachment) have treated the issue of punishment for Bush's cardinal sins. New York Times columnist Paul Krugman wrote about "the false selling of the Iraq War. We were railroaded into an unnecessary war." Fine, I agree. Now what? Krugman just goes on to the next paragraph. But if Bush falsely railroaded the nation into a war where over 100,000 people died, including 4,000 American soldiers, how can you go on to the next paragraph as if you had been writing that Bush spent the weekend at Camp David with his wife? For doing what Krugman believes Bush did, doesn't Bush have to be punished commensurately in some way? Are there no consequences for committing a crime of colossal proportions?

Al Franken on the David Letterman show said, "Bush lied to us to take us to war" and quickly went on to another subject, as if he was saying "Bush lied to us in his budget."

Senator Edward Kennedy, condemning Bush, said that "Bush's distortions misled Congress in its war vote" and "No President of the United States should employ distortion of truth to take the nation to war." But, Senator Kennedy, if a president does this, as you believe Bush did, then what? Remember, Clinton was impeached for allegedly trying to cover up a consensual sexual affair. What do you recommend for Bush for being responsible for more than 100,000 deaths? Nothing? He shouldn't be held accountable for his actions? If one were to listen to you talk, that is the only conclusion one could come to. But why, Senator Kennedy, do you, like everyone else, want to give Bush this complete free ride?

The New York Times, in a June 17, 2004, editorial, said that in selling this nation on the war in Iraq, "the Bush administration convinced a substantial majority of Americans before the war that Saddam Hussein was somehow linked to 9/ 11, . . . inexcusably selling the false Iraq-Al Qaeda claim to Americans." But gentlemen, if this is so, then what? The New York Times didn't say, just going on, like everyone else, to the next paragraph, talking about something else.

In a November 15, 2005, editorial, the New York Times said that "the president and his top advisers . . . did not allow the American people, or even Congress, to have the information necessary to make reasoned judgments of their own. It's obvious that the Bush administration misled Americans about Mr. Hussein's weapons and his terrorist connections." But if it's "obvious that the Bush administration misled Americans" in taking them to a war that tens of thousands of people have paid for with their lives, now what? No punishment? If not, under what theory? Again, you're just going to go on to the next paragraph?

I'm not going to go on to the next unrelated paragraph.

In early December of 2005, a New York Times-CBS nationwide poll showed that the majority of Americans believed Bush "intentionally misled" the nation to promote a war in Iraq. A December 11, 2005, article in the Los Angeles Times, after citing this national poll, went on to say that because so many Americans believed this, it might be difficult for Bush to get the continuing support of Americans for the war. In other words, the fact that most Americans believed Bush had deliberately misled them into war was of no consequence in and of itself. Its only consequence was that it might hurt his efforts to get support for the war thereafter. So the article was reporting on the effect of the poll findings as if it was reporting on the popularity, or lack thereof, of Bush's position on global warming or immigration. Didn't the author of the article know that Bush taking the nation to war on a lie (if such be the case) is the equivalent of saying he is responsible for well over 100,000 deaths? One would never know this by reading the article.

If Bush, in fact, intentionally misled this nation into war, what is the proper punishment for him? Since many Americans routinely want criminal defendants to be executed for murdering only one person, if we weren't speaking of the president of the United States as the defendant here, to discuss anything less than the death penalty for someone responsible for over 100,000 deaths would on its face seem ludicrous.** But we are dealing with the president of the United States here.

On the other hand, the intensity of rage against Bush in America has been such (it never came remotely this close with Clinton because, at bottom, there was nothing of any real substance to have any serious rage against him for) that if I heard it once I heard it ten times that "someone should put a bullet in his head." That, fortunately, is just loose talk, and even more fortunately not the way we do things in America. In any event, if an American jury were to find Bush guilty of first degree murder, it would be up to them to decide what the appropriate punishment should be, one of their options being the imposition of the death penalty.

Although I have never heard before what I am suggesting -- that Bush be prosecuted for murder in an American courtroom -- many have argued that "Bush should be prosecuted for war crimes" (mostly for the torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo) at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands. But for all intents and purposes this cannot be done.

*Even assuming, at this point, that Bush is criminally responsible for the deaths of over 100,000 people in the Iraq war, under federal law he could only be prosecuted for the deaths of the 4,000 American soldiers killed in the war. No American court would have jurisdiction to prosecute him for the one hundred and some thousand Iraqi deaths since these victims not only were not Americans, but they were killed in a foreign nation, Iraq. Despite their nationality, if they had been killed here in the States, there would of course be jurisdiction.

**Indeed, Bush himself, ironically, would be the last person who would quarrel with the proposition that being guilty of mass murder (even one murder, by his lights) calls for the death penalty as opposed to life imprisonment. As governor of Texas, Bush had the highest execution rate of any governor in American history: He was a very strong proponent of the death penalty who even laughingly mocked a condemned young woman who begged him to spare her life ("Please don't kill me," Bush mimicked her in a magazine interview with journalist Tucker Carlson), and even refused to commute the sentence of death down to life imprisonment for a young man who was mentally retarded (although as president he set aside the entire prison sentence of his friend Lewis "Scooter" Libby), and had a broad smile on his face when he announced in his second presidential debate with Al Gore that his state, Texas, was about to execute three convicted murderers.

In Bush's two terms as Texas governor, he signed death warrants for an incredible 152 out of 153 executions against convicted murderers, the majority of whom only killed one single person. The only death sentence Bush commuted was for one of the many murders that mass murderer Henry Lucas had been convicted of. Bush was informed that Lucas had falsely confessed to this particular murder and was innocent, his conviction being improper. So in 152 out of 152 cases, Bush refused to show mercy even once, finding that not one of the 152 convicted killers should receive life imprisonment instead of the death penalty. Bush's perfect 100 percent execution rate is highly uncommon even for the most conservative law-and-order governors.
